The wired head wrap is double the size of the wired hair tie, to create a more head scarf look. It is shorter in length then the wired hair tie so the ends create a head scarf tied effect.
Our wired head wraps were originally made for people who have lost their hair due to illness, medications or treatments. The wire in these ties acts like a hair grip! 
The wire is sewn into its own little sleeve, so does not move within the tie.
When wearing, you must wear the wire on the hair line. This is the optimal position for security and staying on the head.
The wire is Trudy's own creation! Treated so it does not rust so you can wash them and perfect for holidays and swimming etc.
